| The world's first curved LCD TV was released in 2013.Its unique visual effects experience,cool and technologically-savvy design meet the needs of mass consumers.The early curved LCD TV has a large size,generally more than 43 inches,and the curvature is more than R4000 mm,which requires lower bending strength of the liquid crystal panel.With the large number of curved liquid crystal products used in consumer industries such as esports,the market demand for curved liquid crystal panels has changed.The size requirements are between 27” and 32”,and the curvature requirements are R1500 mm~R1800 mm.The smaller the curvature,the more strength requirements of the panel.So HX company set up a "curved liquid crystal panel" project group,focusing on the analysis,design and process optimization of the "surface liquid crystal panel strength".The curved liquid crystal panel is the main display component of the curved liquid crystal product,and its strength affects the normal use and experience of the product.At the same time,the strength determines the service life and safety of the product,so the curved liquid crystal panel must achieve a high strength index.In addition,the strength of the curved LCD panel can also improve product quality,save costs and improve business efficiency.Therefore,the strength analysis optimization and new application of curved liquid crystal panels have certain engineering practical significance.In this paper,HX company's "Finite Element Analysis and Process Optimization of Curved Liquid Crystal Panel" project is the source of the project.With the ABAQUS finite element analysis tool,the strength analysis and process optimization of HX small-size curved liquid crystal panel are optimized.Firstly,the optimal bending curve of the curved liquid crystal panel is obtained by using the theory of catenary and simulation.The experimental curve is confirmed by the experimental test.Then,based on the curvature curve obtained by the simulation,a simulation model is established to analyze the stress of liquid crystal panels of different sizes and different curvatures,and combined with a large number of experimental data of bending failure,the curve equation of strength and life is obtained.According to the strength and life curve of the batch,the measured data of the stress of each batch,the fragmentation rate within the three-year service period is estimated,which provides a sufficient theoretical basis for the reliability of the product.According to the data of the intensity simulation,the factory process parameters are optimized to achieve the optimal curved liquid crystal panel strength.Finally,according to the use scene of the curved LCD panel,a new prototype of variable surface is designed. |
