In recent years,the public's demand for mobile data speed has become increasingly strong,which has driven the development of communication technology enterprises.As the communication industry has the characteristics of fast update and easy to be affected by the changes of market environment,the development of enterprises in this industry is faced with complex risks,which have an impact on the implementation of strategic planning.Strategic risk is the uncertainty that affects the realization of strategic objectives and causes losses to enterprises.It plays an important role in the development direction,benefits and survival in the fierce market competition of enterprises.When the enterprise strategy is out of balance with the external environment,internal resources and enterprise capabilities,it will lead to deviation in the implementation and expectation of the enterprise's strategic objectives,thus leading to strategic risks.Therefore,enterprises can improve the level of strategic risk management to cope with the changes of internal and external environmental factors,and reduce the losses of strategic risk to enterprises.ZTE,as the leader of Listed Companies in China's communication equipment industry,is greatly affected by the changes in the macro environment.This study is of great practical significance to ZTE's strategic risk management.In the composition of the article,first of all,the research background and significance of the article are explained,the research status at home and abroad and the overall framework of the paper are introduced.Secondly,the current situation of ZTE's strategic risk management is understood,and the shortcomings of the current strategic risk management are found out.Thirdly,with expert survey method and PEST analysis,ZTE's strategic risk is identified from three levels: macro level,meso level and micro level,and an evaluation system of strategic risk is constructed,which is evaluated from two aspects: the impact degree of risk and the possibility of risk occurrence.AHP is used to measure the impact degree of various indicators on the realization of strategic objectives,and fuzzy comprehensive analysis is used According to the comprehensive evaluation results,the key strategic risks faced by enterprises are obtained.Finally,the paper puts forward reasonable suggestions for ZTE's strategic risk management from two aspects: optimizing strategic risk management and preventing key strategic risks.At present,strategic risk management is becoming more and more important to improve the competitiveness of enterprises,and it also has an important impact on the survival and development of enterprises.This study has a high fit with the times.Taking ZTE,a popular enterprise in recent two years,as a case,strategic risk management is applied to the information communication(ICT)industry with a good development prospect,in order to provide suggestions for ZTE's strategic risk management,as well as some research ideas for other enterprises in the same industry.
