| Electronic ink screen,which has a display effect similar to paper,is a display technology based on the principle of diffuse reflection.It has low power consumption and is convenient to configure,and thus has important development prospects.At present,most electronic ink screen applications are battery powered and wire powered,and both of the power methods have their own problems.In this thesis,after comparing multiple energy supply methods communication technologies,electromagnetic induction wireless charging technology is selected to provide energy to the load,and mesh networking based on Wi-Fi technology is chosen to implement the telecommunication function of the communication nodes.Finally,an electronic price tag system based on wireless power supply technology and mesh network is proposed.Firstly,the needs of the electronic price tag system in the environment of the supermarket is analyzed and the system structure is designed based on the needs.And then,from the perspective of implementation,the electronic price tag system is divided into two parts: the hardware circuit and the realization of software functions.After that,the wireless charging technology based on Faradays' s law of electromagnetic induction and equivalent circuits are analyzed.Secondly,the concept and structure of the mesh network are explained in detail.Then,the electronic ink display technology and its driving principle are explored.In the hardware part,the energy transmitter and receiver are designed and implemented based on the Qi standard.Then the driving circuit is designed based on the display principle of the electronic ink screen and the hardware PCB is draw using Altium Designer.In the software part,ESP32 is selected as the network communication chip,and the software function is implemented based on the ESP-IDF development environment,and the effectiveness of node selection strategy through simulation is proved.In the work process,the communication node will first establish a mesh network with other nodes,and then establish a connection with the TCP server through the root node,and finally complete the display of the electronic ink screen based on the received data..Finally,based on the supermarket environment,the performance of the electronic price tag communication nodes are tested.The influencing factors affecting the energytransmission efficiency of energy supply modules and the functions of the communication nodes are verified,and the performance of the mesh network is simulated and measured.The results prove that the designed electronic price tag communication system can fulfill the functional requirements. |
