| In the field of mobile communications,in order to cope with the explosive data reception density of 5G mobile communications,end-to-end low latency and other characteristics,it is one of the key technologies of 5G communications.The hardware circuit of the digital parallel forming transceiver is one of the important components of 5G small base stations,T / R components,and the market demand is also increasing.Design and implementation of transceiver hardware.The work what I did in this paper is as follows:First,the digital beamforming transceiver circuit requirement analysis,device selection,and solution design were completed.The demand analysis mainly includes the analysis of the index of the AD / DA circuit unit,the analysis of the FPGA of the data processing circuit unit,the analysis of the index of the clock circuit unit,and the analysis of the index of the power circuit unit.Device selection as the entity of the entire design,including broadband RF transceiver selection,clock chip selection,FPGA selection and power chip selection.The scheme design is the blueprint of the entire circuit,and it plays a role in connecting the devices as a whole,including the design of the specific transceiver module and digital signal processing module.Second,the design and implementation of the digital beamforming transceiver circuit is completed.It mainly includes the circuit schematic design of the transceiver module and digital signal processing module,and completes the design and implementation of the broadband RF transceiver AD9371,the supporting AD / DA front-end,power network,and clock network circuits,and digital optical modules,Gigabit Ethernet ports,and FPGAs.The circuit design and implementation of interfaces such as the debug port,and the FMC connector design and pin definition that complete the physical connection between the transceiver module and the digital signal processing module.Third,the testing and analysis of the two parts of the transceiver module and the digital signal processing module in the digital beamforming transceiver circuit are completed.In the transceiver module circuit,the ADC's SNR,effective number of bits,and spurious-free dynamic range,the maximum transmit power of the DAC,the leading leakage power ratio(ACLR),and the error vector amplitude(EVM),and the phases between multiple channels are consistent The performance and consistency of amplitude and frequency were tested and analyzed.In the digital signal processing module,power supply,clock,and optical modules are tested and analyzed.The paper successfully designed the digital beamforming transceiver hardware circuit,and tested and verified that each component circuit meets the functional and performance requirements,providing a reliable hardware platform for broadband digital beamforming technology. |
