| In recent years,cross-border e-commerce developed rapidly,it has become a new way and means of international trade,which is of great significance for expanding overseas marketing channels,enhancing my country's product competitiveness,and achieving foreign trade transformation and upgrading.During its rapid development,accurate and timely information and good information services are essential.Therefore,the relevant platform institutions that provide information services for cross-border e-commerce play an important role.It provides convenience and solutions for users in reducing foreign trade thresholds,handling foreign trade issues,and reducing foreign trade risks.There are various types of platforms related to cross-border e-commerce information services.According to the difference between the main contractor and the information service method and content,it is mainly divided into four categories: cross-border e-commerce public information service platform,cross-border e-commerce information service platform,cross-border e-commerce transaction platform and cross-border e-commerce enterprise think tank platform.However,these four types of institutional platforms have problems such as limited service scope,incomplete service content,and homogeneous service content in the process of providing information services to users individually.At present,in a complex social environment,user needs show comprehensive,diverse,and personalized characteristics.This requires these information service platform institutions to give full consideration to user needs when providing information services to different types of users.These results output require the cooperation of multiple types and interdisciplinary resources and talents.Especially due to the complexity of the international environment,the traditional and single information service model,that is,relying on a single type of cross-border e-commerce platform institutions cannot fulfill the diverse information service needs of users.Collaboration is an effective way to help organizations form the sharing of knowledge,thoughts,resources,and expertise,overcome the defects in knowledge structure of single organizations and institutions,realize the mutual embedding of advantages betweensubjects,and effectively ease cross-border e-commerce problems in the development of information service platform.Cross-border e-commerce enterprise think tanks have great advantages in terms of manpower and financial resources,and the country is promoting the new think tanks construction with Chinese characteristics.The think tank research output results depends on the support of diversified information resources.Meanwhile,the think tank products promotion can reverse enhance its brand power and the influence of other information service-related platforms,thus forming a virtuous circle.Therefore,based on the collaborative perspective,the cross-border e-commerce enterprise think tank is the core,and the information service activities are combined with the signal game to build a cross-border e-commerce enterprise think tank and cross-border e-commerce public information service platform collaboration model.Under the background,the relationship between the signal transmission and cost benefit between the enterprise think tank and the public information service platform,analyze the equilibrium conditions,and propose corresponding measures based on the equilibrium results to strengthen the signal recognition ability and improve the information service level of the enterprise think tank;combining evolutionary game theory,built a collaborative model of cross-border e-commerce enterprise think tanks and cross-border e-commerce information service platforms,and obtained the factors that affect the collaborative stability strategy of both parties;combined with the principal-agent theory,built a cross-border e-commerce enterprise think tank and trading platform Collaboration model to analyze how can cross-border e-commerce enterprise think tanks effectively incentivize cross-border e-commerce trading platforms and promote the coordination between the two parties,so as to enrich the information resources required by cross-border e-commerce enterprise think tanks,and also provide suggestions for future strategic decisions of trading platforms.Through the establishment of a collaborative mechanism,on the one hand,it achieves resource sharing and complementary advantages,which improves the quality and efficiency of information obtained by think tank personnel,and provides a basis for cross-border e-commerce enterprise think tanks to produce high-quality results that are closeto user needs;On the other hand,it also improves other information service related platforms service level.Finally,according to the factors influencing the synergy between cross-border e-commerce enterprise think tank and other cross-border e-commerce information service related platform organizations,this paper proposes corresponding countermeasures and suggestion from the perspective of promoting the development of cross-border e-commerce information services and enhancing the level of cross-border e-commerce enterprise think tank information services,puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions. |
