Nowadays,with the rapid development of information technology,people's social mode has also undergone a huge change.With the help of the mobile Internet,the major platforms have been full of people's lives.Microblog,wechat and other new media platforms have become an important source and fermentation place of public opinion.Online public opinion has become the most important part of public opinion,while police related online public opinion is the most representative content in online public opinion.The working nature of public security organs often needs to contact with the public,and the rapid development of network information makes the public security police more directly exposed to the public vision and lens.Moreover,the economy of W city is relatively developed,people's democratic consciousness is generally strong,and many news events are often on the mainstream media platform.Whether the local residents' opinions on the Internet have an impact on social harmony and stability is a problem that the local government attaches great importance to,so it also puts forward higher requirements for the response speed and control ability of public opinion disposal of public security organs.The research topic of this paper is the management of police related network public opinion in w City public security organs.It mainly uses the methods of literature research and case study to comprehensively analyze the problems existing in police related network public opinion.Through literature research,this paper analyzes the current domestic and foreign research status of police related network public opinion and police related network public opinion management.Through case study,this paper studies the establishment and daily operation mode of public opinion management organization of Public Security Bureau of w City,and selects two representative cases of w City,analyzes the characteristics of public opinion related to police network in w City and the current situation of public opinion management related to police network in w City,and finds that w City is improving and optimizing the analysis and processing of public opinion related to design network,which is reflected in further improving public opinion processing work As a professional,we should pay attention to and strengthen communication,and use self-Media and network platform to shape the right direction of public opinion.But at the same time,there are many problems that need to be improved in the management process,such as the backward public opinion prevention mechanism,the single public opinion management mode,and the untimely disclosure of authoritative information.These problems are mainly due to the mismatching of system construction and demand,the huge pressure caused by the characteristics of media communication,and the mismatch between ideology and the times.Finally,based on the investigation and summary of the current situation of police related network public opinion management in w City,aiming at a series of problems and causes encountered in the process of police related network public opinion management in w City,this paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for police related network public opinion management in w City from three aspects of prevention mechanism,recovery mechanism and improving crisis awareness,and suggests that the public security department in W city should establish public opinion early warning,research and judgment,and multi department cooperation Adjust the linkage mechanism,strengthen positive publicity,carry out responsibility inversion and rectification,purify the network environment,establish correct public opinion crisis awareness,ensure the public's right to speak,so as to seize the opportunity and occupy a favorable position in the later stage of public opinion management involving the police network,take practical and feasible measures to quell public rumors,maintain the reputation of the public security department,and win the public Trust.
