Research On The Management Of The Development Project Of Statistics System Of Industrial And Commercial Bank Of Jilin

In the context of the rapid development of Internet finance and in order to adapt to the new situation and environment,every commercial bank in China has begun a strategic transformation,following a customer-centered guiding ideology,improving customer service experience,increasing service channels and means,and increasing the variety of business.Provide personalized and Humanized services,and then enhance their core competitiveness.In the process of strategic transformation,the banking industry has a large number of business design,product research and development,system development and other work content.In order to improve working efficiency and effectively control cost investment,most banks choose to introduce project operation mode in product development and system development.Industrial and Commercial Bank(ICBC)is one of the commercial banks that introduced the project operation mode earlier in the development of science and technology system.In this paper,the author studies the management of the statistical system development project of Jilin Industrial and Commercial Bank and how to improve the management level and ability of the system development project of Jilin Industrial and Commercial Bank.Based on the theory of system development project management and the actual situation of Jilin industrial and commercial bank,this paper makes use of myself to participate in the project group's work,to study various aspects of development strategy,plan and problems in project implementation,and to improve the system development project management ability.This article is divided into six chapters.The first chapter is the introduction part.This part analyzes the background,significance,and current research situation at home and abroad,clarifies the purpose and significance of this research,and defines the research ideas and methods of this paper.The second chapter from the basic definition of project and project management,from the point of view of quality,progress and risk,the author expounds the theoretical system of project management of extension statistical system development,and lays the theoretical foundation for the subsequent optimization research.The third,fourth,and fifth chapters put forward the background,development goals,design principles and ideas of the development project of the extension statistical system of the Jilin Industrial and Commercial Bank,as well as the existing problems in the project management process,and pointed out the characteristics of the system development project management.At the same time,the purpose,principles and ideas of the optimization of the management of banking system development projects are put forward,and the specific contents and directions of the optimization are put forward in the light of the problems analyzed above and the practical work experience of the author.Finally,the concrete measures to optimize the management of the development project of the extended household statistics system should be clarified.The sixth chapter summarizes the full text,points out the innovation points of this article,and looks forward to the future research direction.
