In recent years,software quality management has become a very important topic.Compared with the products of traditional software industry,security software industry is a new industry,which has certain particularity,such as large scale,product diversity,more specific scenario requirements,etc.With the continuous improvement of software performance,the business volume continues to increase,and the industry scale maintains a stable expansion trend.In this context,the update speed of software products is accelerated,the design complexity is improved,and the customer experience is improved,which puts forward higher requirements for software quality.In the face of the above market trends,how to improve the quality management level of security software has become a new problem faced by software industry managers.TY Network Service Co.,Ltd.is a professional security product design and manufacturing enterprise.In order to improve the adaptability to the complex market environment,the company implements the quality strategy.Software quality management is an important part of the quality strategy and the focus of ty company's work in the future.This paper adopts the research method of empirical analysis,using the methods of literature research,case analysis and questionnaire survey to analyze the software quality problems faced by the company at present,and based on the relevant quality management theory and CMMI integrated software capability maturity model as the main basis,using the sorted data to summarize,analyze and summarize the key factors of software quality management,and check Through rational and reliable means such as customer satisfaction survey,validity and reliability verification,regression analysis and other means to find out the direction and specific countermeasures for the improvement of ty company's software quality,put forward the improvement plan of ty company's quality management,and improve the ability of ty company's software quality management.The research shows that: ty company in the external evaluation of the seven dimensions of software quality management,functional applicability,performance efficiency and reliability are the three dimensions with the largest product quality gap.Based on the above problems and combing the internal software quality management process of ty company,it is found that the external evaluation gap is caused by the organizational structure problems,the needs review in the project preparation stage and the imperfection in the test stage.Based on the current situation of ty company's software quality management,this paper puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions,mainly including the optimization of organizational structure,how to improve demand development,clear quality management objectives,upgrade defect management tools,and improve testing system and defect management process.This study has a guiding role in improving the service quality of the company,and also provides a reference for the same type of enterprises.
