| With the rapid development of electronic technology in the information age,various types of terminal products have burst into the detection market,which has led to a significant increase in the testing requirements for related products such as testing and certification of terminal products.Therefore,the use of small shields for evaluating the shielding performance of the terminal products is increasing.The current domestic standards for shielding effectiveness related testing are applicable to shielded rooms of not less than two meters on each side and are not suitable for small shields.There is no relatively complete,easy-to-use test procedure and experimental setup for shielding effectiveness test devices and methods for small shields.By studying the current general principles and methods of shielding effectiveness,a set of devices for testing the shielding effectiveness of small shields was developed,and related detection methods were studied to provide an effective solution for improving the research on shielding effectiveness related tests.For small shields with small size,many interfaces and flexible configuration,the paper uses the method of miniaturization of signal source and transmitting antenna to meet the basic conditions of shielding effectiveness detection.The signal source mainly adopts the frequency phase-locked synthesis technology,and realizes the output of the high-stability signal by using the stable crystal oscillator and the frequency lock-in source.The test antenna not only requires its ability to have omnidirectional radiation,but also has the basic principle of small size.Therefore,the paper adopts a double-ridged horn antenna with a miniaturized cellular winding method.The integrated test device can accurately measure the shielding effectiveness of small shields,meet the testing requirements of related terminal enterprises in product development,production and use,ensure the accuracy of the terminal enterprise product technical indicators.The test method of the thesis clarifies the technical requirements of the test environment,test conditions,test data,etc.,and ensures the accuracy of the test results of the shielding effectiveness.It provides a rigorous technical basis for the perfection and standardization of the standard method for shielding effectiveness of small shields. |
