Action Research On Creating Quiet Reading Environment In Librarys

University library is an important place for learning and reading.With the appearance of library noise,library environment construction is facing challenges.However,as far as the research content is concerned,there are few studies on the noise environment of libraries at present,and most of them are limited to the analysis of noise environment factors or general improvement Suggestions.In view of the problems existing in the library noise environment,there is no specific reform approach and model.In terms of research methods.literature research plays a leading role,while less attention is paid to field investigation.Therefore,how to enhance the attraction to potential readers,enhance the functions of the library,and whether to use a scientific and practical method to create a quiet reading environment in the library will affect whether the library management meets the requirements of The Times and the readers' requirements for the library sound environment.The method of action research is used to build the library quiet reading atmosphere,construction of academic research and theory is not only beneficial to intelligence work and promote the development of modern library,and action research participants need to find problems from the practical work,participants can take the initiative to solve the problem,strengthen problem consciousness,improve the working efficiency.During my internship in the library of fujian normal university,the author found some phenomena that undermined the quiet reading atmosphere of the library,such as reading aloud,discussing,answering and making phone calls,playing and frothing and other inappropriate behaviors of readers.In order to solve the above problems,it is necessary to find a scientific way to create a quiet library reading environment.On the basis of the author in the reading of vast amount of literature,of the sound environment in CangShan campus of fujian normal university library as the research object,by adopting the method of questionnaire survey,field survey,data collection,using the corresponding charts and tools,application of action research,clear the noise influence on people,designed to create a quiet atmosphere of reading in university library,and according to the core library reading atmosphere,in accordance with the “plan,plan implementation,resultassessment,the results reflect”steps,conducted two rounds of action research.Among them,the first round of the phenomenon of reading action research mainly around the library,the second round of action research based on the first round of the reflection phase,sums up the core of the problem is the main factors influencing the library quiet reading atmosphere not focus LangDouSheng,the effective method to solve the problem of the noise is to find other sources,in many ways to slow the noise hazards.Through the analysis of action research,the following arguments are proved :(1)through the action research method to create a quiet library reading atmosphere,is a scientific and effective method,make the library reading atmosphere significantly improved.(2)the improvement of library reading atmosphere can meet readers' higher expectations of the library environment and improve the image of the library.At the same time,the problems of action research are also found: first,it is necessary to further improve the participation of library students and librarians,enhance the awareness of the hero readers,and actively participate in and cooperate with the library environmental construction.Second,during the implementation of action research,policy support,financial support,industry data and user recognition are needed to ensure the implementation effect.
