Although China's chip imports amounted to US$227.1 billion and continued to grow,domestic chip companies encountered bottlenecks.Although the chip design companies such as Longson,Feiteng,and Hess have emerged in the industry market competition,they still face the unfavorable factors such as the late development of the domestic chip industry,the emergence of technical disadvantages,the rapid update of industries,and the lack of mutual trust mechanism of domestic enterprises.Based on this paper,this paper attempts to use y chip companies as research objects to propose strategies suitable for enterprise development.This article introduces the case company y chip enterprise,analyses the external environment and internal environment of y chip enterprise,formulates the company's competitive strategy according to the positioning of the enterprise and the existing advantages,and constructs the matching competition system of y chip enterprise,promoting the development of the enterprise.Chip companies in China have developed rapidly in recent years,and new competitors have been joining the chip industry,which has led to the intensification of the competitive pressure of y chip enterprises.In an increasingly competitive market environment,y chip enterprises must enhance their core competitiveness and clarify their overall strategic objectives in order to achieve long-term development in the market.By analyzing the internal and external environment of y enterprise chip,this paper analyses the direction of y enterprise chip strategy formulation from macro and external environment factors,industry development situation,industry competition situation and internal environment.Secondly,the choice of y enterprise's competitive strategy.This paper analyses the target market and market orientation of y enterprise.On the basis of the principles and ideas of strategic choice,it chooses the appropriate strategy of y enterprise from the cost-leading strategy,centralization strategy and differentiation strategy,thus confirming that the competitive strategy of y enterprise is the differentiation competitive strategy.Finally,y enterprises implement measures and guarantees for differentiated strategies.On the basis of the above analysis,the measures for implementing the differentiated strategy of the enterprise are proposed from the four aspects of product,price,channel and promotion,and corresponding specific guarantees are proposed to promote the further development of the case company,hoping to be at the same stage of development.The chip design company provides learning experience.
