The electric actuator receives the control signal of the digital control system DCS,and performs positioning control through the positioning control algorithm and the circuit to realize automatic control of the opening degree of the regulating valve.With the systematic and intelligent improvement of industrial process control,electric actuators have been applied in many fields,and from analog to intelligent,they have become important terminal actuators in automatic control systems.Because special applications such as nuclear power often require control valves to withstand the harsh working environment and the impact of accidents or severe accidents,electric actuators are required to perform high temperature test,LOCA test,seismic test,and atomic radiation and other harsh environmental tolerance test.Among them,the atomic irradiation test is the most important.For this reason,sensitive parts such as electronic controllers are often installed in areas with good environments.However,this often imposes significant limitations and reduces control accuracy and safety.So,this article is to study some of the key technical issues of integrated analog electric actuators that can adapt to harsh environments.Based on the analysis of foreign advanced electric actuator products,combined with the working environment requirements of electric actuators,this paper designs and presents the overall technical scheme of integrated proportional-regulated electric actuators that can adapt to harsh environments.In this paper,the position feedback mechanism of the regulating valve is studied.The signal conversion circuit is designed for the two kinds of signal transmission methods commonly used in industry.The simulation of the two circuits is carried out using the simulation platform.Then the key analysis and research of the electric actuator positioning control strategy is carried out,and the suitable control strategy is selected.Then the realization circuit of the control strategy is analyzed and designed.Two different control circuits are proposed,and the simulation platform is used.The circuit was analyzed.The common arc phenomenon after the relay in the drive circuit is connected to the system with energy storage components is studied.A method for detecting the arc strength is proposed.The applicable environment and arc extinguishing effect of the common arc extinguishing measures are analyzed.The conclusions of the study selected the appropriate arcextinguishing measures in the system designed in this paper.Finally,a partial qualification test was carried out on the designed integrated electric actuator.Firstly,based on the existing motor and its speed reduction mechanism,the test test hardware conditions and software were built.The dynamic and static performance of the designed analog measurement and control circuit were tested.The test results show that the performance is better than the national standard.Then,according to the schedule of the scientific research project,the nuclear radiation test of the position feedback module circuit is performed.After the test,the performance of the circuit is retested,and the result is tested to meet the basic requirements.Of course,this research work needs to continue.
