With the increase of signal bandwidth in modern RF system,there is an urgent need for a receiver with broadband RF signal processing capability.Channelized reception technology is born to meet the application requirements of modern communication such as long-distance transmission and high-performance perception.However,due to the "electronic bottleneck" of the microwave circuit system,it is more difficult to improve the performance of the digital channelized receiver.With the development of optical fiber technology,the technique of photon-assisted channelized receiver has the advantages of large bandwidth,low loss,strong anti electromagnetic interference and good real-time performance.It can realize the precise sensing and receiving of large instantaneous bandwidth signal,which has attracted extensive attention of researchers.But there are also urgent problems in the technique of photon-assisted channelized receiver,such as insufficient utilization of optical spectrum,interference in sub-channel band.In this paper,channelized receiving technology is the research background.Based on the optical comb technology,two new channelized receiving schemes are proposed,They are a channelized receiving scheme with constant carrier-peak frequency offset and an efficient and reconfigurable coherent channelized receiving scheme.The main innovative work is as follows:1.Aiming at the interference of the optical carrier power to the sub-channel signal in the photon-assisted channelized receiver,a channelized receiver with constant carrier peak frequency offset is proposed.The test of feasibility verification and performance simulation is completed.In this scheme,the free spectrum range of comb filter is the same as that of optical carrier.The results show that compared with the traditional scheme,this scheme can suppress the interference of the optical carrier power in the sub-channel.Because the frequency range of the output sub-channel signal is fixed,the complexity of electronic signal processing is effectively simplified.2.In order to solve the problem of low utilization of optical spectrum of coherent channelized receiver,an efficient and reconfigurable coherent channelized receiver is proposed based on frequency aliasing / de-aliasing technology.The test of feasibility verification and performance simulation is completed.The research results show thatfour subchannel slices can be separated from a broadband signal copy carried by an optical carrier through the de aliasing technology.An optical carrier can support four sub-channels at the same time,which effectively improves the spectrum utilization.Based on the tunable super flat comb generator and low-pass filter bank,the reconfiguration of wideband signal and subchannel can be realized. |
