Design And Implementation Of Digital Welcome System Of Career Technical College

With the improvement of educational informationization,many colleges and universities have gained substantial benefits in the implementation of educational informationization construction.It not only improves the management level of the college or university,but also facilitates the daily work of teachers and learning of students,by rebuilding the traditional management business through modern information technology,especially involving the cooperation of multiple departments.The most typical application scenario is the orientation work.In recent years,to save resources of the greeting work,many colleges and universities have introduced digital greeting system.However,due to the low level of information technology which requires a lot of money in many vocational and technical colleges of Guizhou Province,such as Guiyang Vocational and Technical College which has multiple campus,it was difficult to meet the needs of the students and relevant departments.Therefore,it is the trend of the times to develop a digital welcome system by using modern information technology,which has the characteristics of some multi-campus vocational and technical college.In this thesis,the work in the different phases of the digital greeting system such as analysis,design,implementation and test had been described with various tools.In the phase of system analysis,the roles of various users and their main responsibilities had been summarized.The logical model of these business processes had been analyzed by using UML activity diagram,which was selected as representative business.The use case diagram had been used as the analysis tool to analyze the role-based functional requirements of system and to refine the non-functionality of the system.In the phase of system design,many designs had been completed,including the design of logical structure and physical structure of the system,the design of system function completed by using the sequence diagram in UML,the design of conceptual structure and logical structure of the database using the E-R diagram as a tool.In the phase of system implementation and testing,the development environment of the system had been introduced,the key idea of how to use development tools to accomplish system function had been expounded,and the effect of some pages in the system had been shown.The process of system testing had been elaborated from three aspects of interface,function and performance.Through reasonable test cases,errors in system implementation had been found and corrected,so as to ensure that the final deployment and operation of the system will not come out again.The needs of students and the staff had been basically met in the preliminary trial run of system.Many problems existing in the traditional mode of welcoming the new students in the past of vocational and technical college had been solved.However,some shortcomings in the functional design of the system had been exposed,which will be perfected in the future to meet the needs of students and staff.
