| Tobacco flavoring is an important link in the production process of flue-cured tobacco.It requires proportioning of flavors and fragrances to be applied evenly in tobacco streams.The dynamic uniformity of tobacco and spices directly affects the internal flavor of cigarettes.In the daily production of leaf group,the single batch weight is 10 000-12 000 kg.In the production process of leaf group,only operators need to preheat,debug and spot check the equipment.The upper supervisory system personnel is responsible for inputting the relevant process parameters.The field personnel is responsible for paying attention to the operation status of the field equipment and ensuring that the moisture content and feeding ratio of the tobacco leaf export materials meet the technological requirements.With the refined production of enterprises and the continuous development of various new products,the single batch production is small,only 1500-2500 kg,so the production mode of small flow is needed.The characteristics of small flow blade group are: less total tobacco,low flow rate,low feeding proportion and stable feeding accuracy.At present,the tobacco flavoring equipment in the tobacco processing workshop is designed according to the large flow rate.The existing equipment capacity can not guarantee that the precision and proportion of tobacco flavoring can meet the requirements of the process standard under the condition of small flow rate.Especially in the way of feeding treatment of material head and tail,in the use of the original flavoring system,the feeding accuracy often can not reach or exceed the standard.How to improve the existing conditions on the basis of the present situation,not only to meet the production of conventional blade group,but also to meet the production of small flow blade group,is the key problem to be solved urgently at present.Based on the original flavoring machine,this paper designs a small flow control system of flue-cured tobacco line.The back-to-back arrangement structure of the original flavoring device is adopted,which expands to two different flavoring functions of large flow and small flow.The main research work is as follows:First.Based on the analysis of the existing production lines,according to the characteristics and accuracy requirements of small-flow production,the demand analysis of small-flow cigarette control system was carried out,the system architecture was designed,and the components were selected.Second.Based on the analysis of the principle and control effect of the PID controller,the defect of the application of the PID controller in the control system of small flow filling and filling is analyzed.The fuzzy PID controller is introduced and the corresponding fuzzy controller is designed.The simulation experiment is carried out under MATLAB to verify the effectiveness of the method.Third.Based on WinnCC software,the monitoring system of small-flow flavoring is designed,and the trend chart of flavoring is created.The dynamic monitoring of flavoring control is realized.The process parameters such as the proportion of flavoring and the accumulative error precision are monitored,controlled and alarmed in real time.At the same time,the historical trend chart is established to facilitate the traceability and verification of the later effect.Final.The whole installation and debugging of the system have been completed,and the corresponding module function test and system test have been carried out.The experimental results prove the effectiveness of the system designed in this paper.The design and upgrade of flavoring control system not only improves the uniformity and stability of the process of small flow flavoring control system,but also reduces the failure rate of equipment,shortens the maintenance time of maintenance personnel,and also reduces the maintenance cost of equipment.It also meets the requirements of production process index that the feeding accuracy should be less than 1%.It can well control the uniformity and stability of flavoring process and improve the physical quality of flue-cured tobacco products.Quality plays a key role in practical application. |
