In recent years,the Chinese government has proposed the Chinese manufacturing 2025 plan and enterprise energy conservation and environmental protection production requirements,and has attached great importance to the improvement of enterprise energy efficiency.The MGT factory is a magnetron production plant for core components of microwave ovens.It has a large production scale and many equipments.It has a particularly high requirement for temperature and humidity control in the production environment.The production process uses a large number of high-energy-consuming equipment,and energy consumption accounts for a very large proportion of production cost control.At present,the MGT plant does not use the power central control system.The data records of all power equipment are copied by manual on-site.The power equipment information of the whole factory is not smooth,not timely and inaccurate.The energy consumption cannot be summarized and analyzed.In order to speed up the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure and improve energy efficiency and capacity efficiency,it is necessary to build an energy management system for MGT plants to realize real-time online monitoring,data trend analysis,and control of production costs,thereby accelerating the global strategic market layout.This thesis first analyzes the main background of M company's MGT energy management system construction,discusses various problems in energy consumption of enterprises,and points out that system construction has very important application value and arranges the organization structure of the project.Then introduce the technical characteristics and working principle of J2 EE,Spring mvc,MySQL,Hibernate and other technologies used in system development.Then the article outlines the energy data collection requirements of the MGT energy management system,analyzes the system business process,describes the system business functions using the functional use case diagram,and points out the system performance requirements.The article points out the system design principles,the overall design of the overall architecture,technical architecture and other architecture,pointed out the core technology developed by the MGT energy management system.Then the system function structure and network deployment situation are designed,the system function structure and hardware composition are clarified,and the database design is carried out from two aspects: E-R concept model and database table structure physical model.The article focuses on the detailed design and implementation of system integrated management,automatic data acquisition and storage,data manual entry and configuration,alarm management,process map overview,monitoring floor plan and data query,energy consumption classification calculation,energy consumption chart analysis,energy consumption report statistics The function module such as MES interface describes the system function through UML modeling and graphic mode such as program flow chart and sequence diagram,and realizes the core function by coding.Finally,the paper introduces the test process of data integrity,function and performance of the system,and confirms that the system can be released online.Through the construction of the MGT energy management system,not only the remote data collection,remote control and abnormal alarms of the main energy consumption of electricity,water,gas and air conditioning which are involved in the whole production process of the factory are realized,and the effective energy consumption analysis is carried out in combination with the MES system data,but also it optimized the energy use management,achieved the purpose of energy saving and consumption reduction.What's more,it discovered and handled equipment anomalies timely,and improved the comprehensive benefits of enterprises.Through the combination of energy management and energy monitoring,realizing the remote monitoring of the site anomaly and carring out the real-time monitoring and early warning of the trend data of cost consumption will have great significance for business decision-making.
