Design And Implementation Of Personnel Attendance Management System Based On Web And RFID Technology

Information technology has advantages in many aspects,such as high efficiency and low cost,this is the reason why enterprises deploy information systems in different fields.Enterprises have introduced a variety of information systems to improve the management efficiency,such as office automation system and personnel management system.Presently,the attendance module is only one module of personnel management system,the system is hard to meet the requirements of the enterprise attendance,so the enterprise decides to construct attendance management system it can improve the management level.The construction process of personnel attendance management system is introduced in the thesis,the whole construction process is composed of requirements,design,implementation and testing,and each part bears different tasks.Based on the communication with worker,the requirement scheme is proposed which consists of sign arrival management,abnormal attendance management,attendance statistics and analysis,basic data management,and system management,the specific performance indexes are proposed,including the number of concurrent users,response speed and memory utilization.According to the requirement scheme,the design scheme is proposed which include technical framework design and the storage scheme design,and the process of each function is confirmed through the flow chart,it expounds the system protection scheme of the personnel attendance management system from the aspects of application security and host security.Then the code development of the personnel attendance management system is completed using the technology.The.NET platform is used to develop code,the SQL Server 2014 is used to store data,the third party gateway technology is used to implement e abnormal attendance notification function,Radio Frequency Identification technology is used to implement automatic attendance function,and the Web Service Technology is used to share data.On this basis,the personnel attendance management system is tested,the test consists of two parts: function test and performance test.All the test methods of each part are different.The former is carried out manually,while the latter uses Load Runner software for simulation test and the problems are solved which are found in the testing process.The personnel attendance management system has been constructed which covers all the services involved in the personnel attendance management,and it can improve attendance management level,the work efficiency of the personnel department has been greatly improved.
