| Photoelectric sensor is a kind of sensor that uses light as the measurement medium and photoelectric device as the conversion component.As a new type of photoelectric sensor,the line structured light sensor has the advantages of simple principle,controllable range,wide application range and fast measurement speed.It is widely used in two-dimensional and three-dimensional shape measurement.The performance test of the line structured light sensor is the premise and guarantee for the rational use of the sensor for actual measurement.The research idea of this subject is based on the research foundation of line structured light sensor.A performance test scheme of line structured light sensor is proposed.The static performance and function parameters are tested and analyzed,the sensor's use condition and working mode are optimized,and the measurement accuracy is improved.The main research contents include:(1)The basic measurement principle and system composition of the line structured light sensor are analyzed.The laser,lens group,photosensitive element and image center extraction method are discussed.The influence of the sensor on the sensor measurement results is discussed.Lay the theoretical foundation.(2)Combining the line structured light sensor with the motion axis,built a set of line structured light sensor performance test system based on the four-axis motion platform,and used the C# language to write the corresponding control software,which can realize the stable judgment of the sensor.The topographical features of the measured surface,adjusting the sampling frequency,measurement range,filtering method,average number of times,etc.,provide software and hardware support for performance test.(3)A static performance analysis test method for line structured photosensors is proposed.On the high-precision mobile platform,the stability,repeatability,linearity and other statics of the sensor are measured by using two-stage gauge block,nanopositioning table and laser interferometer.The performance parameters were analyzed and the effects of various parameters on the measurement accuracy of the sensor were studied.(4)A method for analyzing and analyzing the function parameters of line structured light sensors is proposed.The mandrel and aero-engine blades are used as the measurement objects,and the functions of Binning function,sampling frequency,measuring range,filtering mode and average number of times are measured.The effect of accuracy is obtained by selecting the mode of operation of the sensor under different measurement requirements.(5)According to the test results of static performance and functional parameters,the working state of the sensor is optimized when the gauge angle is measured.The results show that the measurement error of the optimized sensor is reduced by 32% on average,and the line structured light is verified.The scientific and effective method of sensor performance testing.(6)With the rotating gear as the measurement object,the measurement accuracy of the sensor under different motion speeds is tested.The results show that the higher the motion speed of the object,the lower the measurement accuracy of the sensor.When the linear velocity of the measured object is less than 75mm/s When the measurement error of the sensor is less than 20μm,in order to ensure high-precision measurement,the moving speed of the measured object should be below 75mm/s. |
