Up to now,"post-truth era" can no longer be called a new word.It was first put forward in the field of political science in foreign countries,while at home,it is more concentrated in the field of communication or sociology.In the "post-truth era",many people no longer stick to the truth of events,no longer advocate rational way of judging and thinking.On the contrary,people's public comments on hot events are increasingly mixed with their personal emotions,emotions and beliefs,and public opinions are also fermenting from them,showing that the truth of the events can no longer meet people's strong emotional needs.As a hot topic in journalism and communication studies in recent years,public opinion inversion is more conducive to explain this phenomenon by placing it in the framework of "post-truth era".At present,the network public opinion has become an important part of the public opinion in our country.In the era of "after the truth",the public opinion are formed in the audience's emotions out at first,and the facts in the news after the shift quickly reversed,wait until the whole event after the dust settles,rational thoughts began to return to,people will find the process of the whole event is so ridiculous,even so,inversion of press and public opinion trend still frequently.All this not only weakens the credibility of the authoritative media and leads to a crisis of social trust to a certain extent,but also sets up new problems for the government to guide the governance of social public opinion.Therefore,the study of "post-truth" is of great significance to the real society.This paper firstly defines the connotation of "post-truth" and "public opinion",and explains the concepts of news inversion and public opinion inversion and their relationship from the perspective of "post-truth".Secondly,it analyzes the causes of "post-truth" from four aspects: technology,economy,society and value,and reveals that "post-truth" is due to the fact that Internet technology subverts the traditional mode of transmission.Under the Internet economy,traffic is directly linked to capital and driven by economic interests.Social media and accurate push of big data lead to the formation of online communities and "information cocoon room",solidification of audiences' cognition and emotional expression.It is caused by four factors,namely,social topicality and infotainment value orientation.Then,under the theoretical framework of "post-truth",the mechanism of public opinion inversion is discussed,and the relationship between the two is discussed,that is,"post-truth" is the internal cause of public opinion inversion,and public opinion inversion is the significant manifestation of "post-truth".According to the above analysis,this article selects happened on October 28,2018,"Chongqing bus falls into river" event,collect in public opinion inversion before and after the seven days,the mainstream media,news reports from the media and the audience attitude expression and characteristics,through the investigation and analysis of "Chongqing bus falls into river" event case information transfer between subject and object is the relationship between public opinion inversion process,summarizes and induces the network public opinion characteristics and factors of attitude change,analysis of the impact of audience's attitude changes on public opinion evolution,come to the conclusion that "the truth" universal application.Finally,countermeasures are proposed to eliminate the chaos of "post-truth" and effective public opinion guidance strategies are found from the three dimensions of media,government departments and audiences.
