| In recent years,With the popularity and development of the Internet,the network structure has become more complex.How to ensure the efficient and stable operation of complex networks is an urgent problem for modern network management and operation and maintenance management.The network operation situation refers to the current state and operation trend of the entire network composed of various network operation data and user behaviors.The network operation situation reflects the quality of the network from a macro level,and by analyzing the network operation status at the historical moment,it is possible to predict the network status at the future moment and its changing rules.Optimize the management of network resources according to the network operation situation.Before predicting the deterioration of the network operation situation,start the corresponding network resource optimization reconfiguration and adjustment plan in a timely manner.Make the network operation more stable and efficient.The network operating situation is a measure of the overall operating status of the network.The network operating situation also reflects the utilization of the overall network resources from the side.The network operation situation is taken as the premise of the optimal allocation of network resources.Correspondingly,the network resource optimization allocation can make the network operation situation develop in a stable and efficient direction.Most traditional network management technologies lack a grasp of the network operation status from a macro perspective,and most of the optimization goals of network resources are limited to a certain aspect.The network resources cannot be optimally configured,so that the network resources cannot be effectively used.Based on this,the research direction of this article is based on the operation situation of fuzzy optimization allocation and dynamic adjustment of network resources.The main research contents include the following two aspects:(1)Network operation situation analysis and prediction.This paper first designs the network operation situation awareness assessment model and index system,and then introduces the Markov transfer model to evaluate the network link weights,and uses the entropy method to calculate the operating quality of each link.Thereby increasing the local operation quality to the overall network operation situation.Finally,using the support vector machine model,the historical network operation data is used as a training sample to predict the network operation situation at the next moment.(2)Fuzzy optimization and dynamic adjustment of network resources.Firstly,the knowledge of queuing theory and queuing system is used to model the network resource optimization model.The resource optimization and reconstruction cost are used as the two optimization goals to obtain a deterministic optimization model for network resource optimization.Then,the above-mentioned multi-objective deterministic optimization model is transformed into a single-objective fuzzy optimization model by using relevant knowledge of fuzzy theory.Finally,the genetic algorithm and the simulated annealing algorithm are combined,and the good global convergence and local optimization characteristics of the genetic-annealing algorithm are used to solve the above optimization model,and then a set of optimal resource optimization allocation schemes are found. |
