With the continuous development of living standards and production technology,people's research on information transmission and expression technology has gradually expanded from audiovisual to tactile,and because the tactile domain has the great advantage of not interfering with the perception of vision and auditory cues,so in recent years,the field of tactile human-computer interaction is developing rapidly.Among them,vibration tactile expression is one of the research hotspots of tactile human-computer interaction,and tactile information coding is the research focus of vibration tactile expression.A reliable,concise and efficient tactile information coding scheme can not only speed up the expression of vibration haptics,but also deepen people's understanding and memory of haptic information,and improve the accuracy of task execution.In order to design a set of efficient and concise haptic information coding schemes and improve the speed and accuracy of vibration haptic expression,this paper conducts a haptic information coding research based on a vibration vest,and designed a "five-point method" coding scheme,which is used in the application scenario of escape warning prompt.Experiments show that compared with the existing methods,the proposed method has a significant improvement effect.The main research contents of this article are as follows:1.Combining the existing vibration haptic research work,the vibration tactile coding design process is innovatively proposed.Among them,the parameters of the tactile information encoding mainly include vibration intensity,vibration duration,vibration interval time,and spatial point of vibration point.By constructing a vibration haptic belt device,the vibration intensity of the vibration motor in the tactile information coding parameters is classified into levels,and the original vibration intensity of 0-3.7V is divided into three vibration levels by a clustering algorithm.Secondly,in order to design efficient,concise and easy-to-understand vibration tactile codes,the minimum change method and the constant stimulation method are used to study some perceptual threshold characteristics of the human back,and compared with existing research,the vibration interval in the tactile coding parameters,the range of vibration and vibration duration is further divided.This conclusion provides an experimental basis for the subsequent design of a tactile coding scheme suitable for the back of the human body.2.Aiming at the necessary expression attributes of the escape warning prompt application scene,a tactile coding scheme of "five-point method" is proposed.Using the strength level of the vibration motor and the conclusion of the human body's back threshold research,combined with the vibration intensity,vibration duration,vibration interval time,number of spatial vibrators,vibration rhythm and other parameters,several "five-point" vibration tactile coding combinations are designed.Using orthogonal test analysis method to carry out experimental research on the combination of tactile coding,using the S-R compatibility principle as an evaluation index,a set of optimal coding schemes for vibration tactile expression suitable for use in escape warning scenarios is selected,and the coding design principles of back vibration tactile expression is proposed.
