Research On The Influence Of "Text Barrage" Content On Mobile Reading Experience

With the popularization of Internet digital technology,digital reading is favored by more and more readers.The booming development of social media has gradually made everyone familiar with the interactive form of barrage.In mobile reading applications,"text barrage" is usually a collection of comments for a certain paragraph of text.Users can call up the barrage module to view it when reading.Because of its immediacy,interactivity,entertainment and other characteristics,it has gained a large number of users like.Text barrage has become an important part of improving users' reading experience.However,the "text barrage" is still in the development stage.With the accumulation of barrage,a series of user reading experience problems have come up,such as the barrage interaction interferes with the reading experience,the quality of the barrage content varies,a lot of meaningless content exists and the content is difficult to meet the needs of users.Based on the existing theoretical research,this paper explores the content of text barrage from the perspective of user experience.This article first analyzes the characteristics of text barrage and the user's psychology and behavior characteristics in mobile reading scenarios,and divides the type of text barrage.Then using the method of interview,observation,user portrait and grounded theory to analyze users demand.Relevant hypotheses about the influence of meaningless content,the length of content,different content types and users' preference on reading experience are proposed.Finally,the hypothesis is verified by data analysis,and the personalized display strategy and preprocessing process are proposed.And participate in the design practice,redesign the existing text barrage module;this paper puts forward the etiquette standard of text barrage and the suggestion of mining the content of high quality text barrage.According to the thoughts of the research process,the future development direction of text barrage is pointed out,so as to provide reference and guidance for the research and interaction design of text barrage content for mobile reading platform.
