Construction And Application Of Knowledge Graph In The Field Of Minority Information Resources

The Internet information technology and network technology has brought great convenience to people's lives,work,and studies in modern society,which has also greatly helped to understand the minorities in China.The information resources of various minorities in China are very rich,but a large number of information resources of minorities are simply transferred to the Internet,which is not conducive to the effective dissemination and use of information resources of the minorities information resources.Therefore,to construct a knowledge graph in the field of minority information resources,and propose a method for constructing an intelligent retrieval model of minority information resources based on knowledge graph,and combine the two to design and develop a knowledge graph-based intelligent retrieval platform for minority information resources.The key research work as follows:(1)Construction of Minority Knowledge Corpus.Based on Python's Scrapy crawler framework,this article has developed a corpus collection program for minority information resources.It crawls minority information resources from various sites(including minority websites,Baidu Encyclopedia,Wikipedia),as well as documents from the Chinese Dictionary of Minorities.Then,the collected minority corpus files are data cleansed,and finally the cleaned data files are used as the minority knowledge corpus.(2)Knowledge graph Construction in the Field of Minority Information Resources.Construct an ontology library of minority information resources and rely on the constructed ontology to guide the knowledge extraction of the information resources in the minority knowledge corpus.Knowledge extraction includes unstructured and semi-structured minority information extraction,of which unstructured Minority information extraction includes steps such as word segmentation,part-of-speech tagging,named entity recognition,LTP dependency parsing,sentence with a verbal predicate,distance determination of argument positions,and extraction of triples.Semi-structured minority information extraction includes DOM Tree and HTML table extraction,and finally completed the construction of knowledge graph in the field of minority information resources.(3)Research on Construction and Algorithm of Intelligent Retrieval Model of Minority Information Resources Based on Knowledge graph.The knowledge graph-based intelligent retrieval model of minority information resources mainly includes steps such as synonym conversion,semantic expansion,and concept recommendation.The semantic expansion includes the calculation of semantic similarity and semantic relevance.Finally,the evaluation of the model shows that the model has better performance and stable search results.(4)Design and development of intelligent retrieval platform for minority information resources based on knowledge graph.After the platform needs analysis and overall design,the construction process of the intelligent retrieval platform for minority information resources based on knowledge graph is given,and the development of the platform is finally realized.
