| With the development of market economy and the continuous refinement of social division of labor,"archival service industry" emerged,and a kind of institutional type,archival service enterprise,has also emerged.After more than 20 years of development in our country,the academic circles also have many titles for this kind of organization,such as "archival intermediary organization,commercial document center,archival depository center,archival firm" and so on.However,these similar but different concepts cannot completely cover all the categories of this kind of organization.Therefore,this paper names this kind of organization as "archival service enterprise".It was defined in a broad sense and a narrow sense.The word "competitive product" originated from the field of economics.Although it is widely used in the practice of market competition,there is little theoretical research on it.With the development of economy,the word "competitive product" has been applied to more disciplines and various industries,but it has not yet been applied to the field of archival science and the industry of archival service industry.This paper tries to combine "archival service enterprise" with "competitive product information",probes into the problems existing in the management of archival service enterprises from the point of view of "competitive product",and puts forward some countermeasures in order to guide the better development of archival service enterprises.This paper takes China knowledge Network,"Tianyancha" platform as the main data sources,takes Excel and SPSS as the data analysis tools,adopts the comparative research method,the expert consultation method and the literature analysis method,and probes into the characteristics of the archives service industry enterprises,the existing problems in the operation and the countermeasures in detail.The article is divided into four parts.The first part mainly studies the value of competitive information and the theoretical basis of competitive information research in archival service enterprises.The second part describes in detail the process of collecting,sorting and processing the competition information of archival service enterprises.The third part mainly analyzes the frequency of the competition information,and draws some regular conclusions.And look for several benchmarking enterprises,analyze their advantages,in order to guide the management of archival service enterprises.The fourth part mainly analyzes the problems existing in the management of archival service enterprises according to some phenomena observed from the competitive information,and gives the targeted solutions. |
