The introduction of virtual surgery system is of great significance to modern medical education.Virtual surgery system can significantly improve the learning efficiency of medical students and young doctors,achieve the purpose of repeated training,and effectively make up for the shortcomings of traditional medical education.With the deepening of digital society,the construction of virtual surgery system in medical field is imminentCross domain application has become a research and development hotspot.Serious game has the characteristics of high participation,enthusiasm,and instant feedback.It focuses on repeated learning of knowledge and skills.Serious game has great advantages in combination with medicine.From the perspective of cross-border application of serious game in medicine,this paper studies the design of serious game in VR surgery.First,based on the theory of user experience and user psychological needs,this paper analyzes the user experience and expectations of serious games,and analyzes the actual needs of users;then,it analyzes the function design of game level,emphasizes the key points of game design,optimizes the reconstruction efforts,avoids logical errors,etc.;secondly,it analyzes the precautions of model construction of serious games by combining Unity3 D technology with 3DMAX.Finally,on the basis of the above research,we designed a serious game of VR operation of pulmonary bullae under thoracoscopy.At the time of design,first analyze the target users,determine the design content and design ideas,and communicate with professional doctors repeatedly for confirmation before design.In the first step,based on the thin-layer CT image of human chest,3D MAX technology is used to make high simulation of chest model,surgical tools and surgical scene;secondly,Unity3 D game engine technology is used to render the 3D model so that it can meet the high simulation requirements of serious play;then,in Unity3 D game engine,resources imported into Unity3 D scene are processed Scene design,at the same time,using C# language to develop the game functions involved in the research scope;finally,through Unity3 D,package and publish the prepared related resources.The VR serious game designed in this paper simulates the whole process of the operation with high simulation,which can be used for medical students' training and learning.
