Study On The Value Co-creation Of Health Information Service In Public Libraries

As health problems become increasingly prominent,people increasingly realize the importance of personal health management,and a large number of health-related books,websites,videos,programs emerge.Although the Internet may contain endless resources,it is difficult to judge the accuracy of information when it comes to important medical information.People have to continue to seek help.In the face of the public health information needs,public libraries respond positively and carry out varied health information service.However,through the search and study of health information,the public with a certain knowledge basis put forward more individualized demand for health information service,which leads to the lag of the traditional library service mode.Research on the value co-creation of public library health information service is helpful to the transformation and innovation of health information service.Through detailed reading of relevant literature at home and abroad,it is found that the idea of value co-creation applied to the public library health information service can help libraries solve the problems they face at present.Therefore,this paper takes the value co-creation of health information service as the research focus.Firstly,it analyzes the connotation of value co-creation and the theory of value co-creation process,extracting and innovating the theories that can be applied to this research;and it points out that public libraries have the advantages of accessibility,credibility and so on when providing health information service.Secondly,based on the theory and practical experience,this paper analyzes the realization elements of health information service value co-creation,constructs the framework of public library health information service value co-creation,and creates the process model of value co-creation.The process of value co-creation is divided into three stages: the stage of value preparation,the stage of value co-creation and the stage of value sustainability.The whole process is a dynamic cycle process.Finally,according to the previous practice analysis and the problemsthat this study may encounter in the implementation process,it provides the targeted safeguard measures.Applying the idea of value co-creation to the public library health information service is an innovative exploration across the boundary of subjects,which provides ideas and references for the future development and research direction of public library health information service.
