Smart phones have been popularized in the market at a rapid speed and gradually become an increasingly important part of the daily life of most people. However,in order to better meet the requirements of portability, mobile phones have inevitably abandoned the possibility of many forms and interactive functions in the evolution process. In order to make full use of and integrate the powerful functions of the mobile phone itself, and bring users a higher level of interactive experience and more exciting emotional interaction with a lower product cost,we designed PlusBot mobile phone peripheral robot: a peripheral product that allows smart hands to maneuver.Firstly, this paper investigates the relevant existing products in the market, introduces and introduces the relevant concepts of the "tangible interaction" theory in the field of human-computer interaction, and gives the definition and design of products as the relevant basis. Then it introduces the design and development process of product software and hardware, including embedded software and hardware development, product industrial design, mobile phone software design, etc. Finally, the paper introduces the input and output interface of the whole product system and the specific usage scenario of the product in detail. The final result of the design shows that when the product is used together with the mobile phone as a tangible interactive peripheral, the daily use experience of the mobile phone can be greatly improved. When the product is used as an intelligent desktop robot,it can also stimulate a strong user experience through emotional communication with users and independent behavior. The project also explores to some extent how low-cost hardware can be integrated to stimulate a higher product experience, which undoubtedly provides a new idea for future intelligent hardware development.
