| Medical refrigerator is mainly used to store drugs,vaccines,blood products,biological agents and other related products.In order to keep the quality of product,the production,storage and use process should be kept in the whole low temperature state.As the core components of medical refrigerator,the quality of temperature controller determines the use effect of medical refrigerator.With the increasingly high professional requirements for the performance of medical refrigerator,the conventional temperature controller in the market can no longer meet the requirements.The platform design of the temperature controller is urgently needed.Therefore,according to the actual application situation of medical refrigerator temperature controller,it is very necessary to design a temperature controller with platform to meet the needs of different types of medical refrigerator.This paper designed a platform medical refrigerator temperature controller based on PIC microcontroller.Through the serial communication,the communication,data transmission and storage between processor and man-machine interface are realized.Through the man-machine interface,users can realize the functions of temperature signal detection,signal acquisition,control algorithm control,data storage,data curve storage,historical data display,system running state monitoring and system setting.The hardware interface and the application program are designed as modules that can be modified,combined and inherited.Through the application configuration of the man-machine interface,the subsequent functional expansion can be carried out to realize the platform of the temperature controller system.The hardware development of the temperature controller is mainly composed of the PIC16F19197 and peripheral devices based on the high-performance RISC kernel of "harvard" structure.The interface function module of the platform temperature controller is designed,which mainly includes the design of the minimum system of single-chip microcomputer,networking communication interface,signal processing circuit,battery management circuit,relay driving circuit and AD conversion interface.The hardware reliability of temperature controller is designed.The material selection and structure design of the temperature controller of the platform medical refrigerator are carried out.The software of the temperature controller is operated in the front-background mode,and the main loop of the background adopts the method of polling subtasks.The program structure is simple and easy to expand.AD sampling is adopted for temperature acquisition,and Modbus protocol is used as the basis for communication processing.At the same time,the software reliability of temperature controller is designed.The performance of the designed temperature controller is reliable.Temperature controller performance is tested respectively,which includes the set point error and poor switch testing,environmental adaptability test,group of pulse interference resistance test,accelerated life testing,performance testing,security testing,electromagnetic compatibility test and function test.The temperature of the thermostat accuracy is tested.All test results meet the requirements.The platform medical refrigerator temperature controller designed in this paper based on PIC singlechip microcomputer can be applied to many kinds of medical refrigerator,which has the characteristics of high reliability and strong expansibility.This product has great market potential,good social and economic benefits,and is of great significance to the development of medical refrigerator temperature controller.In the paper,there are 39 figures,10 tables and 91 reference articles. |
