The huge mobile phone market has put forward higher requirements for the production capacity of mobile phone enterprises,and automatic production equipment is the basis to guarantee the performance and efficiency.More and more enterprises begin to purchase and independently develop automatic equipment.Flexible screen products occupy a dominant position in the mobile phone industry.After the technological processing of each product is completed,it is required to pass the production line through the material plate.At present,most enterprises still use the manual way to supply material to the production line,greatly affecting the production line production efficiency and enterprise operating costs.This paper mainly takes lean production as the theoretical guidance,and AGV trolleys(trolleys with automatic navigation function)as the design basis.In terms of the supply mode,traditional manual feeding is eliminated,and AGV trolleys are used to provide feeding trays.In the structure,the upper and lower double layer structure is adopted to reduce the floor area;On the function,realizes the efficient mass separation,supplies the material tray.The purpose of this study is to reduce labor input,optimize production line efficiency,reduce production cost and increase production income.The main research contents are as follows:(1)Analyzing and determining the research content based on the deficiencies of the current blanking machine.Based on the model of AGV trolley structure,this paper analyzes the reasons for the low efficiency of the blanking machine,adopts the double-layer structure of the upper loading empty tray and the lower discharging solid tray,determines the working position and operation process of the blanking machine,and USES CAD and SOLIDWORKS software to complete the spatial layout of the equipment,and preliminarily establishes the overall goal of the blanking machine frame.(2)Studying and improving the cutting power operation process,and used SOLIDWORKS to complete the module design of each station.Based on the motion mode of AGV car,the module design of feeding level was completed.Take the feedlevel as the starting point of the operation process,determine the way of moving and separating the feed plate,and complete the design of the cache bit;Then,with the cache bit and material plate separation method as the reference,the work bit design is completed and the upper layer design is finally realized.Combined with the operation process of the target blanking machine,the design of the lower layer was completed based on the structure of AGV trolley,so as to complete the main mechanism design of the double-layer flexible screen blanking machine.(3)By elaborating the module design of each station,the module can reach the drawing,machining and assembly standards.Using SOLIDWORKS software of each module of the mechanical structure and electrical components are realized,shorten the subsequent assembly secondary processing workload,with GX Simulator as auxiliary means,from the perspective of PLC language optimize equipment operation process,to determine the signal transmission between adjacent modules action process continuity,so as to complete the figure for each module to,processing,assembly and a series of work.(4)Improving the commissioning of the blanking machine and further optimizing the equipment design.For materials plate separation way debugging difficult,poor versatility difficulty,and connecting with the feeding,blanking machine universal principles of blanking machine process to analysis,using SOLIDWORKS optimization are separated before and move way,to complete the new way of processing raw material design,will be from the bottom up one by one out of the way to vacuum adsorption separation materials plate instead of by the way.After the design of optimized material tray separation and conveyer mode,the whole machine of the blanking machine achieves the purpose of optimizing material tray processing mode,and realizes the function of integrating upper and lower materials.
