Wetting behavior plays a key role in many processes such as metal welding,3D printing, and the development and preparation of new materials, and it also greatly affects space materials science research. With the development of aerospace technology, such as space welding and on-orbit repair, space 3D printing, space and ground test comparison, space new material preparation, material simulation calculation, etc.,the requirements are increasing.Research on the measurement of melt wettability parameters under microgravity. It will provide strong technical support for future microgravity material science experiments.Based on the characteristics of limited storage resources and high operating costs for astronauts under microgravity conditions, this paper studies the measurement of melt wettability and designs a real-time measurement software for melt wettability parameters. The software can control the high-resolution camera during the experiment, determine whether the sample is melted based on the perceptual hash algorithm, realize the effective collection of the melt image, and save storage resources;through the software compiled by the corresponding image processing algorithm,it also realizes the The intelligent real-time processing of the collected images can obtain the wettability parameters such as the contact angle and surface tension of the melt droplets to meet the needs of future spatial melt wettability experiments. The experimental results show that the software designed in this paper can realize the intelligent monitoring of the wettability experiment process, and process the images in real time to accurately obtain the wettability parameters of the samples.
