Risk Management Of Supply Chain Finance Projects On P2P Platforms

Supply chain finance plays a powerful enabling role in the real economy.As a part of financial innovation,P2P platforms combine the inherent advantages of the Internet with supply chain finance to provide convenient and convenient financing services for small,medium and micro enterprises,optimize the living environment of the enterprises,and essentially promote the real economy.This paper takes the supply chain finance project of P2P platform as the research object,combines the project risk management theory,and studies the risk management of supply chain finance project of P2P platform according to the steps of risk identification,risk assessment,risk response and risk control.In the research process of this article,the literature research method is used to analyze and sort out the research status of project risk management and supply chain financial risk management,the comparative analysis method is used to analyze the advantages and disadvantages of P2P platforms and traditional financial institutions,and two domestic and foreign P2P platforms are used as case studies for the industry.Practical risk management strategies analyze and identify a total of 35 P2P platform supply chain financial project risks,use the Analytic Hierarchy Process to quantitatively evaluate risk factors,form a project risk score card,and combine the development of Internet technology to propose risk response and control points.
