With the development of business,domestic telecom operators will not only provide basic services such as voice,short message and traffic for users,but also provide various value-added services for users to order.The operation system of such value-added services is generally the business support system of each provincial branch company to provide the functions of business ordering,change,settlement and billing for users,while the value-added service platform provides the functions of actual business use for users.Whether the data of user ordering relationship can be consistent between different companies has a direct impact on user perception.At present,domestic operators mainly deal with the consistency of customer order relationship data by automating the core comparison link,while other processes are still handled manually,and the data need to be communicated and confirmed repeatedly with other platforms.In view of the above problems,the author conducted in-depth analysis and research on the consistency of user ordering relationship data of telecom operators,and used Java language to design and implement a system to improve the consistency rate of user ordering relationship data.Integrate the processes of data extraction,verification,comparison,analysis and report involved in data consistency processing,and formed a management system from the simple comparison work.At the same time,an optimized query comparison algorithm is introduced to improve the efficiency of the system.The main research contents completed in this paper include:(1)Integrate the key processing process of data consistency and sort out the key comparison fields.The main processes include: extracting data,preprocessing data,comparison data,statistical analysis of differential data,and reporting of differential data.Key comparison data is divided into order relationship data and office data.The key fields of the order relationship data include the user number,business code,enterprise code,order status,and shutdown status.Key fields of bureau data include business type,operation type,SP enterprise code,business code,business product name,generation and failure time,and business scope.(2)This paper studied the user order relational data consistency management system based on B/S architecture.Control over ordering relational data interacts with the Oracle database through JDBC.System log,configuration and other data use Hibernate object relational mapping framework for data access and transaction control.The front page is written using the JS plug-in.Use the Echarts pure Java Script chart library to design the various chart pages in the system.(3)This paper studied the query alignment algorithm to improve data alignment and data deduplication efficiency.The improved Hash search algorithm is studied,and binary search tree is used to optimize the chain address method to solve the conflict,which greatly improves the efficiency of query comparison.
