| With the rapid development of large-capacity and long-distance UHV DC transmission technology and profound changes in the structure of AC-DC hybrid power grids,the power system communication network has evolved from local,isolated to global and interlocking.At present,there are many internal network application systems in the power system,including communication network management system,line fire monitoring system,power environment monitoring system,etc.Each system is independent of each other and lacks centralized monitoring means.State Grid Sichuan Maintenance Company currently adopts paper records for the management of communication information,and its subordinate secondary units adopt their own recording methods,the information exchange between them is very inconvenient.Based on the above problems,this paper proposes to construct a power communication network management information system,and to carry out unified ledger management of key work contents,such as communication equipment and service,so as to meet the needs of power grid operation for communication networks.This thesis first investigates and analyzes the communication management status of State Grid Sichuan Maintenance Company,points out many deficiencies of traditional communication management methods,and analyzes the needs of the communication network management information system in detail.The development of our system is of great guiding significance for the State Grid Sichuan Maintenance Company,to realize the digital management of data.Secondly,we introduce the concepts and technologies to be applied during the design and implementation of our system,including system architecture,development framework and related technical knowledge,which are the foundations for system design and development.The system adopts B/S architecture,uses J2 EE framework,and SQL Server 2018 for subsequent development.Based on the results of the demand analysis,the functional modules of the system,the overall business hierarchy and data structure are designed,and the data structure logic of the system is displayed with E-R diagrams.Our system contains four functional modules: SDH equipment management module,optical cable management module,channel management module and alarm management module;it also contains a non-functional module: user management module.At the same time,we have conducteda detailed design and elaboration of the data table structure,as well as function of each module.The power communication network management information system was applied and tested in State Grid Sichuan Maintenance Company.This paper designs perfect and reasonable test cases,conducts detailed tests on various aspects of the system.Based on the feedback of colleagues,this system can meet the communication management needs of our company,and effectively improves the work efficiency of employees. |
