The human resource system is used to manage the enterprise's human resource information,employee assessment,etc.,can realize the informatization of enterprise human resource management,and help enterprises improve their own competitiveness.By building an information-based human resource management system,the efficiency of the human resource management process can be improved and the utilization rate of human resources by the enterprise can be improved.The human resource management system lays an informatization foundation for the development of the enterprise,which is conducive to the improvement of the competitiveness of the enterprise.For transportation technology companies,developing a more advanced human resource system is conducive to promoting the development of the company's various businesses.This thesis studies the design and implementation of this system.This thesis studies the human resource information system of transportation technology companies.First of all,this article analyzes the needs of the human resource information system of the transportation technology company,and describes in detail the various modules of the functional requirements through use case diagrams,flowcharts and other methods.In addition to the functions of the traditional human resource system,the system in this thesis also needs to provide external microservices,integrate with big data,and meet certain performance requirements.Secondly,this article designs the system's functions,big data architecture,micro-service architecture,etc.in detail on the basis of system requirements analysis.Third,this article implements the functional modules of the system based on.Net and Sql Server,and then uses Ocelot to implement microservices.The big data platform uses Hadoop and Hive for data integration,and Kettle for ETL data processing.In terms of the realization of intelligent reports,this article uses Roslyn language package to realize the customization of the report language and realize the intelligent interaction of the reports.Finally,through the use of functional test cases to verify that the various functions of the system meet the requirements,and after the performance test of the system through Load Runner,the performance requirements are also met.The research in this article provides references for expanding traditional humanresource management systems and further integrating big data,microservices and other advanced architectures.
