In recent years,with the continuous development of Internet technology and e-commerce,online payment,an efficient and convenient transaction way,has been gradually integrated into people's daily life.The market of online payment and other electronic payment is growing explosively every year.With the increasingly fierce market competition and the penetration of Internet companies into telecom business,the traditional telecom industry has reached the turning point of the reform era,which requires operators to think about the reform and transformation in an all-round way.The payment center is an opportunity and breakthrough point of this transformation,and it is also a new research topic.Sichuan Mobile has encountered a lot of problems and difficulties in the development of online payment business: 1.the payment methods are chaotic and there is no unified standard,each business system operates its own business,and some systems have not yet realized the online payment function;2.the coupling degree between the online payment system and the business is too high,which is not conducive to the upgrading and expansion of subsequent payment related functions,and there are repeated construction;3.the mobile company's most important asset: pre deposit,flow and points,has not been managed and developed in a unified way.In view of the above problems,this thesis interprets and analyzes the "third generation business support system-payment center pilot specification" and "third generation business support system boss payment management specification" issued by China Mobile Group.Then it compares the advantages and disadvantages of the payment center system adopted by domestic mainstream Internet companies,and finally designs and implements Sichuan Mobile Payment Center System,which realizes the following functions:1.The unified access of mainstream Payment institutions supports almost all common online payment methods,converges the payment channels of Sichuan Mobile,and solves the problems of disordered management of payment channels and single function of payment;2.Cluster and service-oriented deployment: the system adopts hierarchical and microservice architecture design,which separates the payment and recharge capabilities and separates the payment capabilities from the order processing logic,so that the payment system is decoupled from the business system.The payment center system provides pure payment and reconciliation settlement capabilities through standardized service interfaces to meet the online payment and settlement of various business systems of Sichuan Mobile Business requirements of;3.Created a payment virtual account for Sichuan mobile customers,the related accounting system and the payment accounts of the mainstream banks and other payment institutions can not only satisfy the customers' demand for payment by conventional ways such as bank cards,Alipay and We Chat,but also include the charges,pre deposit,cellphone data traffic and integral assets of customers in Sichuan mobile.A variety of new payment ways such as combination payment,preferential payment and flow integral exchange payment are proposed.
