| From the early stage of the rapid development of the automotive industry,people began to use checking fixtures to detect the product profile,and the product profile as an important research content to evaluate product quality.However.with the continuous update and progress of measurement equipment,the form of inspection tools is becoming more and more diverse;however,these checking fixtures are mostly focused on the improvement of accuracy,ignoring the inspection efficiency of checking fixtures,which seriously affects the company's project production tasks.Therefore,how to obtain efficient checking fixtures is a significant factor in reducing product production cycle.This article uses the capacitive sensor to build a rapid detection checking fixture,and uses the rapid checking fixture to quickly feedback the product surface difference,to establish an efficient method for rapid detection of product profile data.This method demonstrates important guiding value for improving product quality.This thesis has made a lot of research on the detection principle,design and manufacture of checking fixture,experimental verification,etc.for the rapid feedback detection method.The specific research is as follows:(1)According to the characteristics of the product size detected by the checking fixture,the product profile data can be quickly detected.Based on the characteristics of non-contact measurement of capacitive sensors and fast response characteristics,this thesis proposes the use of capacitive sensors to build a rapid detection checking fixture and expounds the basic principles and processes of rapid detection.Theoretically supports rapid detection.(2)Design and manufacture of checking fixtures.By introducing a capacitive sensor on the inspection tool,and designing the support structure of the rapid inspection checking fixture and the overall structure of the rapid measurement device according to the design principle of the checking fixture;remanufacturing and manufacturing to meet the rapid measurement on the inspection tool structure for the follow-up Lay the foundation for real product processing and verification.(3)Experimental verification.Firstly,the measurement points on the product surface are determined by analyzing the state of the product surface.Secondly,the theoretical values of the reference plane and the surface difference are determined,and the linear numerical values obtained by the theoretical surface difference based on the basic measurement principle of the capacitive sensor are converted into the voltage values.Finally,the LABVIEW software is used to detect the production measurement points on the product surface separately.It is found that the production measurement point 2 exceeds the theoretical voltage value,the measurement point is quickly fed back through the warning prompt to indicate that the measurement point is abnormal.The effect of fast feedback is verified from specific examples.The research shows that the rapid feedback checking fixture for product profile data helps to improve the level surface difference detection level,and finally makes themanufactured plastic products meet the production requirements. |
