In the process of monitoring and observation, wireless sensor networks often produce a quantity of redundant data.In order to reduce the transmission of redundant data,it is necessary to use efficient data aggregation technology to process these redundant data.Due to the wide application of wireless sensor networks in daily life, data aggregation technology often involves the processing of users' sensitive data.In order to protect users' sensitive data, secure data aggregation scheme has become a key issue in wireless sensor networks. The topology of wireless sensor networks and the energy constraint of nodes make it a challenging problem to provide energy-efficient secure data aggregation scheme. One of the main problems of existing secure data aggregation schemes is that it not only guarantees the security of sensitive data, but also brings a lot of extra communication overhead, which leads to the problem of high energy consumption of nodes. In order to solve the problems of high communication cost and high energy consumption of nodes in secure data aggregation scheme, this paper proposes a Secure Data Aggregation Scheme based on Leaf Node Data Slicing(SDAS-LNDS),mainly research work contains:(1)In order to reduce the energy consumption of data transmission from remote cluster members to the cluster head, this paper proposes a Aggregation Tree Construction Scheme based on Distance Level(ATCS-DL).ATCS-DL divides nodes into different levels according to the distance from the root node.Nodes only need to transmit the sensing data to the parent node, which shortens the communication distance. The simulation results show that the scheme reduces the energy consumption of nodes, increases the survival time of nodes, and prolongs the network lifetime.(2)Based on the constructed aggregation tree, this paper proposes a new secret key allocation scheme.Considering that the wireless sensor networks are constrained by computing resource and energy, the scheme adopts the traditional symmetric cipher algorithm to reduce the energy consumption of nodes. The encryption key is generated by XOR of the session secret key broadcast by the base station and the private key of the node in the scheme. The base station periodically updates the session secret key, which leads to the update of the encryption key, avoiding the replay of old messages, ensuring the data security and improving the data freshness.(3)Proposing a leaf node data slicing based secure data aggregation scheme. In the aggregation tree, only leaf nodes are sliced, and non leaf nodes do not participate in the slicing, and the data slices are only transmitted between sibling nodes. After the data slicing is completed, they are aggregated by homomorphic encryption algorithm. The aggregation result is sent to the base station along the aggregation tree with the ID number of the aggregation node. The base station receives the aggregation result, searches the decryption key according to the additional ID number, decrypts the aggregation result, and obtains the sensing data.Data slicing technology distributes the sensing data of the same node to multiple nodes to improve data security. Moreover, homomorphic encryption algorithm used in the scheme can directly calculate ciphertext and achieve end-to-end confidentiality.Analysis and simulation results show that the scheme not only provides data security, but also achieves less communication overhead and higher energy efficiency, and prolongs the network lifetime. Finally, this paper makes a summary and prospect, and puts forward suggestions for future research work.
