The customer information of banks is the most important resources for their sustainable development.Nowadays,with the continuous penetration of the Internet,the acquisition of customer information is more convenient,the acquisition channels and channels are diverse,the acquisition content is more abundant,and the forms are more diverse.This brings unlimited opportunities to commercial banks and also brings many challenges to banks: customer resources are scattered in different departments and collection channels in various forms and scattered.If they are scattered,it will cause information silos and cause bank customer resources to be Loss and waste,therefore,how to integrate customer data from various channels and forms to form a unified and complete customer resource system is very important.In addition,customer resources require banks to devote sufficient time and energy to maintenance.Among them,high-end customer resources are the key and often the key point for major banks to seize the market.VIP customers are the main body of high-end customers.Resources are one of the bank's priorities.At present,the use of the Internet to build a complete information management system is the most effective means of integrated information utilization and management.Based on this,this article takes a branch of Agricultural Bank as an example,analyzes the actual application requirements for the development of the VIP customer management system by analyzing the current status of VIP customer management of the branch,and details the design and implementation stages of the entire system.The paper first summarizes the overall informatization construction and development of the Agricultural Bank of China,analyzes the shortcomings of VIP customer information management in combination with the actual situation of the branch,and puts forward the importance of building a VIP customer management system and the practical significance of R & D.Andthen,the paper analyzes the tequirements of the VIP customer management system,included the functions of information management,merchant information management,data statistics and settlement management.Base on this,the VIP customer management system is designed by network architecture and functional structure.Afterwards,the VIP customer management system of the branch adopts B/S architecture and UML modeling language,to implement the system.Finally,the VIP customermanagementsystem is tested and operated smoothly.From the final test results,the VIP customersystem of a branch has high availability,and high stability.The VIP system will achieve a good application results,which to greatly improve the service quality of branches and the efficiency of customer management.
