In recent years,with the continuous development of industrialization,there are more and more requirements for industrial production process.In order to adapt to the development of the industrial era and to cultivate the practical engineering ability of students,many kinds of process control experimental devices have been introduced in Colleges and universities.Among them,as a typical model of many industrial control objects,the three-tank water system can simulate the control of liquid level,temperature,flow and other parameters in the industrial production process.And carrying out in-depth research on it,which has important practical significance in the field of engineering control.In this paper,the TTS20 three-tank water experimental device in the laboratory is taken as the controlled object.On the basis of fully understanding its control process,a liquid level control system including a variety of control algorithms is designed by using Visual Studio 2010 development environment and C + + development language.Because the hardware part of the control system has been given,so in this paper,the design of the control system mainly refers to the design of the software part of the control system.According to the design content,the designed control system can not only realize the control of three tank-water,but also carry out secondary development,which provides an experimental platform for the research of complex algorithm.Firstly,the composition of TTS20 three-tank water liquid level advanced control system is described,and the TTS20 three-tank water experimental device is described in detail.Based on the design requirements,the design content of the control system is clarified,and the overall design scheme of the control system is given.Secondly,the method of building TTS20 three-tank water model is introduced,and three control algorithms to be used are explained in detail,which are conventional PID control,decoupling control and predictive functional control.The algorithms are simulated by MATLAB.The simulation results verify the feasibility of the algorithms.Thirdly,according to the overall design of the system,the hardware connection between TTS20 three-tank water and the upper computer is completed.In the development environment of Visual Studio 2010,the design of the water tank level control system is completed,which mainly includes project creation,communication configuration,establishment of human-computer operation interface,database configuration and the writing of concrete program.Finally,the practicability and application prospect of the control system are analyzed through the actual control results.The results show that the control system can realize the real-time monitoring and control of TTS20 three tank-water liquid level,and the control algorithms have good control effects.Therefore,the control system designed in this paper can meet the preset control requirements and has good application value and prospect.
