| Inventory cost is an important part of the cost of the company,and it draw more and more attention from company's leadership.In order to improve competitiveness of SUPCON,it is necessary to analyze and improve company's inventory management process based on current inventory management state,and to propose correspond optimization solution.In order to keep SUPCON's competitiveness ability,it must to carry out variety of scientific inventory management methods to improve inventory turnover rate and reduce inventory costs.At the same time,standardize the work flow to improve work efficiency is also needed.This paper first described the theory of inventory management and Lean six sigma,analyzed current situation and problems existing in SUPCON's inventory management process based on the relevant theory introduced above.The outstanding problems are it can't understand customer's requirements properly,the uncoordinated between each team and so on.And the important factors that will affect SUPCON's inventory cost also be analyzed.The key research points of this paper are company's inventory level target selection,purchasing strategy and inventory configuration determination.Then the corresponding optimization solution of the above three points were discussed.They are inventory level optimization model,purchasing strategy and inventory classify method.Finally,this paper introduced the implement process of all optimization solution and the corresponding implementation effectiveness predicted.This paper combined theory with practice,practiced lean six sigma theory in traditional inventory management.There is a certain reference value for improving the SUPCON's and other automation control company's inventory management level. |
