A Rural Bank is approved by the China Banking Regulatory Commission of Ningxia Office,Q Bank as the originating bank invested 15 million yuan and several individual shareholders invested 35 million yuan,and set up the joint-stock commercial bank in the Zhongning of Ningxia Province.Since June 10,2011 A Rural Bank opened and operating,it can be based on the county situation,the people's livelihood situation,the agricultural situation to clearly positioning itself,identify the point of financial services,increasing its lending,support the "three rural" develop,and promote economic prosperity.However,we see A Rural Bank compared with other commercial banks,it has many scarcities to need to make up and catch up.For example:staff quality,internal management,risk prevention,corporate culture,and diversification of financial products,convenience of financial services,marketing ideas and strategies of financial products.These are restricting the development of A Rural Bank.So,this paper studies the problem of how to make A Rural Bank to stand out in the "white-hot" of market competition,and play to comparative advantages to achieve sustainable development.In this paper,analysis and research marketing on A Rural Bank,using principles of marketing and financial marketing theory,analysis internal and external competitive environment,operating status,marketing strategy of A Rural Bank.At last,with a high degree of sustainable development,make policy recommendations by the marketing mix strategy to deal with the problems.
