Research On The Development Of Farmers' Specialized Cooperative Organizations In Guilin Based On The Symbiosis Theory

According to the principle of voluntariness,fairness,democracy and mutual benefit,farmers found farmers' special zed cooperative organizations in order to challenge market competition and reach mutual benefit.Farmers' specialized cooperative organizations are non-profit,organizational,professional,and folk in feature.They make farmers have access to serve and manage agricultural products of the same kind collectively.Rural reform has always been the focus of China's reform since the reform and opening policy.In 2016,it put forward to enhance policy support in all directions in Central File.Policies actively cultivate new agricultural management bodies such as family farms,specialized households,farmers' cooperatives,agricultural industrialized leading enterprises,and so on,allowing these management bodies playing the leading role in various forms of moderate scale management of agriculture.This research investigated the development of farmers' specialized cooperative organizations in Guilin by Symbiosis Theory.The symbiotic units are farmers'specialized cooperative organizations in Guilin,farmers,and agricultural enterprises.The main symbiotic environments are legal and policy,technology,resources,and market.The main symbiotic interfaces are trust mechanism,interest distribution mechanism,information communication mechanism,and logistics and transportation mechanism.This research studied typical farmers' specialized cooperative organizations in Guilin by field survey and Symbiosis Theory.Analysis showed some defects in the development of farmers' specialized cooperative organizations in Guilin.Firstly,the willing of other management bodies to maintain cooperation with farmers' specialized cooperative organizations in Guilin are not stable.Secondly,the profitability of the farmers' specialized cooperative organizations in Guilin promotes slowly.Thirdly,the energy flow,information flow and material flow of the canals on the symbiotic interface are partly obstructed.Fourthly,the symbiotic system is not in sustainable development.Some reasons are responsible for these defects.Firstly,the symbiotic state between each symbiotic unit is asymmetrical.Secondly,the hurdle for symbiotic environment playing an effective inducing part to speed up the profitability.Thirdly,the shape of the symbiotic interrface is incomplete and facing great resistance.Fourthly,the symbiotic,system is showing to he disjunctive and commensal.In order to achieve greater progress in the development of farmers' specialized cooperative organizations in Guilin,the research puts forward some measures.Firstly,refine symbiotic units and the relationship between symbiotic units,for making symbiotic state symmetrical.Secondly,improve symbiotic environment to enhance the positive inducing effect.Thirdly,strengthen the construction of symbiotic interface to increase the efficacy of the energy flow,information flow,and material flow.Fourthly,change the current symbiotic.model into a symmetrically mutual model incorporating mutual symbiosis,resource-based symbiosis,and industry-chain-based symbiosis.With the sweat we shed,farmers' specialized cooperative organizations in Guilin will be thriving in the very near future.
