The Research On The Improvement Of Internal Economic Responsibility Audit Of SN University

Economic audit responsibility is one of the audit businesses to evaluate the leaders' fulfillment of the entrusted economic responsibility,it has been running for many years which has an important significance in fighting corruption,defending national economic security.With the development of economic responsibility audit,enterprises and institutions have realized the important role of economic audit responsibility in enhancing the efficiency of the organizations' internal governance and internal economic responsibility audit has been developed vigorously.The economic audit responsibility of middle-level leading cadre in university has already entered the internal audit work,and has been gotten more attention by college leaderships.As a result,universities have gradually set up the internal economic responsibility audit system,which can effectively supervise and evaluate the economic responsibility of the middle-level leading cadres.Although economic responsibility audit in university,which starts later compared to the practice of economic audit responsibility in our country,have obtained some achievement,there still exists some problems in practice and can learn from less experience.This paper adopts the method of combining the theory and practice of internal economic audit responsibility with SN University as the research object.Firstly,this paper describes the relevant theories linking with internal economic audit responsibility.Secondly,this paper analyzes the current development and situation of internal economic audit responsibility of SN university,and reveals its problems,then analyzes the root causes of the problems.Finally,aiming at the above problems,this paper puts forward some recommendations,which aims at promoting the system of internal economic responsibility audit of the SN University.It has both practical and theoretical meaning for further development process of internal economical audit responsibility in colleges and universities.
