Research On Coca-Cola Supply Chain Management System

In the circumstance of economic globalization,a manufacturing business enterprise is facing fierce competition in the domestic and international market.Along with the development of enterprises,the expansion of production scale and product diversification,the enterprise needs to cooperate with more and more suppliers,carriers,processing factory and distributors.In order to sustainable development of enterprises and the integration of enterprise better business process,enterprise must construct an integrated information system to achieve the business management of the members of the upstream and downstream supply chain organizations enterprises.This system is supply chain systems."Supply chain" refers to raw material suppliers,manufacturers,distributors,retailers,carriers and ultimately consumers who all participate the process of production and circulation connect upstream and downstream members to consist the network structure.That is the network involved enterprise and enterprise sector who participate the process of the material acquisition,material processing or finished goods to users."Supply chain" does not refer to the one system,it consists of several subsystems,including WMS,SRM,CRM,MES,TMS and so on the process of commodity circulation,the sum of the system involved.This dissertation will start from the two aspects of theory and practice,choose the whole supply chain(eSCM)project of non-carbonated bottling plant(SCMC)in Coca-Cola group as the background.First,analysis of the current situation and problems of supply chain business of Coca-Cola group(non-carbonated parts)Secondly,emphasize on the supply chain solutions and illustrates the whole process of the implementation of supply chain systemFinally,state the value which the supply chain brings to Coca-Cola bottling plant and supply chain members.The system has been running well from the start line and improved supply chain efficiency and at the same time it was extended to nearly 40 factory throughout the country(including own factory and processing factory).The whole projects save a lot of cost for the Coca Cola Co and enable enterprise to achieve win-win in the process of information.Additionally,current management and efficiency problem of the supply chain business also has certain universality.Working on these problems and solving them not only has the important meaning for the further development of Coca-Cola bottling plant,and also has a certain referencevalue of supply chain implementation of other enterprises.
