The Design And Implementation Of Real Estate Market Forecasting Model Based On The Multiple Regression Analysis

In recent years,the real estate problem has become China's hottest economic topics.But with the rising of China's GDP,the real estate market problem is increasingly outstanding.The real estate market made a great contribution to the country's economic development.But at the same time,the increasing real estate market bubble bring certain negative impact on the economy.There are many examples of economic-slip because of the real estate around the world.Therefore,we have to prevent excessive real estate market development lead to the real estate bubble of a hard landing,at the same time,ensure that the real estate market can meet the people's rigid demand.This requires a good predictive model of the real estate market to accurate prediction of the real estate market sales area,direct real estate make reasonable planning,and meet the market demand.This article applies the method of multivariate linear regression analysis fo recasting model to design a real estate market,by using Prediction methods ba sed on the domestic and foreign market,combining with the characteristics of China's real estate market,and adopting the method of multiple regression anal ysis.We,first of all,combined with market forecast method and the real est ate market in China and selected appropriate multiple regression equation of th e impact factor,and then used professional data acquisition software panda acq uisition software to collect data on the real estate related websites and newspa pers,to get a multivariate regression prediction model of the real estate market.At last,the model get through the test of significant,heteroscedasticity,multi collinearity and goodness-of-fit test,etc.Finally we got the multiple linear regr ession model passed inspection.This article applied market forecast method in the current situation of the real es tate market in China.We comprehensive utilization of market forecasting method,SP SS data analysis software,Multiple linear regression analysis method,and Software d evelopment and related technology,we explore and design a multiple linear regressio n based on the real estate market forecast algorithm.Using the multivariate linear reg ression model,we developed a real estate market forecast platform based on multiple linear regression.This platform adopts the UGC(user generated content)mode,takes the UGC mode can reduce the data collection work,and ensure the real-time data.At last,the platform running effect show that the predictive results of the platfo rm for the real estate market is more accurately.
