In this paper,combined with the theory of enterprise strategic management,we analyze the relationship between secondary battery industry and utilization of new energy,the policy of secondary battery industry's development,the resources of solar energy and wind energy in Gansu Province,the foundation of the secondary battery industry in this area,and the forecast in the development of technology,research and development capabilities,future of secondary battery industry of KJY.It is concluded that KJY should combine its characteristic to focus on the development of secondary battery industry.Through the analysis of industrial competition,technical reserves,macro economic influence,personnel reserve,it is concluded that KJY company can find its own way and occupies an important location in market,as long as it plays the comparative advantage,and seek the enterprise development path,understand industry characteristic,choose the right product.The paper is focused on the strategic positioning,development goals,the safeguard measures of strategy implementation.It focus on the formation of nickel-hydrogen battery and lithium-ion battery industry cluster.Formed with an annual output of 10000 tons of lithium ion battery cathode material for lithium-ion power battery,50000 sets of production capacity,formation of vehicle power battery industry cluster base,realize gross value of industrial output to ten billion yuan.
