In today's increasingly volatile business environment,how to survive and develop in the fiercely competitive?uncertain environment,has become a corporate practice and theory of community focus.Found in the study,scholars have put forth the entrepreneurial orientation of the strategic choice model,to expect companies to implement the entrepreneurial orientation of the strategic model to the formation of the dynamic capacity of enterprises to adapt to the environment,but seen from the practice of corporate entrepreneurial orientation with a high failure rate.The theme of this paper is the high failure rate of customer knowledge management theory is introduced to try to reduce this entrepreneurial orientation.Level of customer knowledge management has an important influence on the success or failure of the entrepreneurial orientation activities,but the level of customer knowledge management is directly dependent on the ability of the customer knowledge management.In-depth study found that the entrepreneurial orientation of the strategy itself the implementation of customer knowledge management capabilities to enhance a positive role,but more important to enhance business and social networks embedded on customer knowledge management capabilities.But what is the relationship between the three,entrepreneurial orientation,and relationships embedded in how it affects the customer knowledge management capabilities?Impact to what extent?These are the papers to be the focus of the study.Through a questionnaire survey of 213 enterprises,the empirical analysis of entrepreneurial orientation,the relationship between embedded management capabilities and customer knowledge.The following conclusions:(1)entrepreneurial orientation on the customer knowledge management capabilities to enhance positive impact,but little compared to the impact and relationships embedded.(2)ability to obtain customer knowledge of the relations embedded in strong integration and sharing capabilities,the application the ability to have a positive impact,but on the innovation capacity of the customer knowledge,there is a negative impact.(3)the relationship between embedded weak relationship have a positive a positive impact on the innovation capacity of the customer knowledge.(4)the relational embedded-ness overall customer knowledge management capabilities enhance a positive impact.The different stages require different customer knowledge management capabilities,which need to choose a different relationship to the embedding strength,focus to the development of customer knowledge management,the ability of certain aspects of the formation of dynamic capabilities to adapt to the uncertain environment.
