Research On The Current Supervision Of Industrial And Commercial Market

Since the reform of the commercial system in the country in2014,the industrial and commercial market registration has been very convenient and various types of market players have growth rapidly,which lead to more serious supervision situation to the industry and commerce.As a consequence,regulatory means need to be improved and regulatory technology and system need to be perfected.It is our urgent task to solve how to improve the regulatory system in order to adapt to the new situation of the regulatory requirements.By analyzing and referring the advanced regulatory system throughout the country after the reform of industry and commerce,this paper is aimed to find the problems in industrial and commercial supervision system and put forward the corresponding suggestions and countermeasures.This paper is divided into six chapters.The first chapter introduces the research background and significance,research status at home and abroad and the research content and innovation.The second chapter defines a series of nouns related to the industrial and commercial registration system and market supervision and suggests to do research using the theory of limited government,new public management and government function transformation.The third chapter mainly analyzes the supervision system of the business market in China,and pointed out the transformation of China's industrial and commercial registration and supervision system.Taking Zhangqiu District of Ji'nan as an example,the fourth chapter introduces the current situation supervision system of industrial and commercial market and summarizes the existing problems.The fifth chapter summarizes the common problems in the business market supervision system through the analysis of Zhangqiu District and put forward the following six measures to perfect the supervision system.The six measures are perfecting laws,creating a sophisticated supervision team,building fine supervision mode,strengthening the construction of the credit system,improving the information sharing mechanism and promoting the diversified governance.The sixth chapter summarizes the whole passage and puts forward my own views and conclusions.
