Since 2001,China Securities Regulatory Commission in the "public offering of securities company information disclosure Q & A" requires listed companies to publicly disclose audit fees since the audit costs set off a research boom.Since the promulgation of the SOX bill in the United States,China has set out to improve the internal control standards, prior to 2008 issued the "basic norms of internal control",followed by 2010,the Ministry of Finance and other five ministries jointly issued, including evaluation guidelines, application guidelines and audit guidelines in Within the supporting guidelines. For the first time, the listed company requires the listed company to hire an external certified public accountant to carry out the internal control audit, also pointed out that the listed company can hire an additional certified public accountant for internal control audit, but also allows the audit of the financial statements of certified public accountants at the same time internal control audit,The same accounting firm for two kinds of audit, the implementation of integration. This kind of voluntary implementation of the integrated audit policy for the listed companies set aside the choice of space, this paper is based on the background of the integration of audit on audit fees for the implementation of integrated accounting for listed companies to provide data reference. This paper uses the empirical data of listed companies in Shanghai and Shenzhen A-share manufacturing industry from 2011 to 2015 as the research sample, and studies the impact of the integrated audit on the audit fees from the horizontal and vertical perspectives. The first step is divided into integrated audit of listed companies and non-consolidated audit of two groups of listed companies, study the implementation of integrated audit and non-implementation of the integration of listed companies,if audit fees have changed, the horizontal comparison. The study shows that the audit fee of listed companies with integrated auditing is lower than that of unlisted auditing companies, that is,the consolidated audit can reduce the audit fees. And then in the implementation of the integrated audit of listed companies on the basis of the sample data, analysis of continuous implementation of integration can further reduce the audit costs, longitudinal analysis. The empirical results show that continuous implementation ofconsolidated audits is significantly negatively related to audit fees, that is to say, continuous implementation of consolidation can further reduce audit fees.In this paper, the combination of normative research and empirical analysis is used to study the impact of the consolidated audit of A-share manufacturing listed companies on audit fees.On the one hand,it complements the field of integrated audit research, and creatively studies the impact of the continuous implementation of the integration on the audit fees, broadens the field of integrated audit research,on the other hand,re-validates the audit cost model, proves the scale of the company,Accounting firm size and other factors significantly affect the audit costs,is an important factor in the audit fees model. Moreover, the empirical conclusion is to provide data for the implementation of integration of listed companies to support the relevant regulatory authorities to understand the consequences of integrated audit of the economy, and further promote the integration of audit practice in China to provide empirical data. Therefore, both the theory and practice have the meaning of existence.
