Analysis Of The Impact Of FDI On Industrial Structure In Hebei Province Based On The Integration Of Beijing,Tianjin And Hebei Province

With the rapid development of economic globalization,multinational companies in the global international investment increase gradually,long-term research shows that FDI has far-reaching impact on the host country's industrial restructuring and economic growth.Since the Reform and opening-up,China's economic development to achieve a qualitative leap,a large number of FDI into China's various industries,in the introduction of foreign investment achievements have been the world's attention.The FDI absorbed in the eastern coastal areas has occupied the proportion of the country.In recent years,regional economic integration has been promoted in our country.The Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region has become another support point after the Pearl River Delta and the Yangtze River Delta Economic Development Circle.The state has been very concerned about the development of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region,with the recent establishment of the Xiong'an New District,Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei integration into a comprehensive in-depth development stage,a large number of foreign investors to invest in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region.Because Hebei Province is in a weak position in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region for a long time,this paper is based on the integration of Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei to study how Hebei can use FDI to promote industrial restructuring and accelerate economic growth.First of all,through the introduction of the background of this topic and domestic and foreign research and other content,it is to analyze the mechanism of FDI to promote the upgrading of industrial structure on the basis of reviewing the theory that FDI affects industrial restructuring.Secondly,by studying the development of industrial structure and FDI in Hebei Province,this paper compares the differences between FDI and industrial structure in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region,and finds out the problems in the development process of Hebei Province and the distribution characteristics of FDI in the three industries.Then through the empirical analysis,the paper studies the relationship between the use of FDI and the added value of industry in Hebei Province,and establishes the vector error correction model.Finally it puts forward the relevant policy recommendations,according to the above analysis,it makes relevant comments about how to use FDI to promote industrial upgrading in Hebei Province.Through the study,it is found that the overall proportion of FDI in the second industry in Hebei Province is the one-way Granger reason for its added value as the proportion of the total output value,and there is a two-way Granger reason between the tertiary industry and the actual utilization of FDI.Second,in the short term,the introduction of FDI will promote the economic growth of the industry,and in the long term,the increase in foreign investment is not the main factor driving the growth of the primary industry;The introduction of FDI in the short term will promote Hebei Province economic growth in the secondary and tertiary industries,and in the long run,there is a stable relationship between FDI absorbed by the secondary and tertiary industries and its own output value,but the increase in the introduction of FDI in the secondary industry requires a longer time to promote its development,and the actual use of FDI in the tertiary industry has a limited role on its economic growth.
